Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We assure you that all of our products go through multiple levels of quality inspections before it is shipped out.

However, should your product be delivered damaged, we will replace it or refund it within 7 days, with the following conditions.

  • You must request a replacement or refund by sending an email to support@furryfriendworld.com within 7 days of accepting delivery of the product
  • Title your email as such: <Replacement/Refund Request for (#Order Number)>
  • Clearly state in your email: Your full name (as used in the order), name of the item, description of the issue with the item. It is also required that you attach clear, close-up video(s) of the issue.
  • We do not accept replacement/refund applications for any reason other than Manufacturing faults.
  • Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: Damaged packaging, marked, dented or deemed “defective”, or general wear and tear.
  • To be eligible for a replacement/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we have received and inspected your return application, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you as to whether your application has been approved or rejected. We reserve the right to request that the product is returned to us prior to any refund is issued.

If approved, we will process the refund to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase in 3-5 business days. You will also be given the option of getting a refund in the form of store credit.

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable replacement, refund and exchange requests

As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, within 24 hours, we can cancel the order. Post 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied. There will be no cancellation fee prior to the 24 hours!

We often submit items for fulfillment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we’ll be able to do it.

If your order has been shipped, we ask that you follow our return policy in order to get a full refund once you receive your product!
